The REDTIGER VC70 is a dual-channel car camera for documenting the situation in front of and behind the vehicle. The front camera records in 4K resolution using an 8 MP Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor, while the rear camera records in 2.5K resolution with an OmniVision OS04J10 sensor. The 16:9 aspect ratio and Dual HDR technology help preserve details in both bright and dark areas of the image — for example, when entering a tunnel, driving toward the sun or in low-light conditions.
Dual night mode uses Hyper Night Clarity technology for the front camera and Noctura™ for the rear camera. The camera also offers GPS recording of the route, location, speed and time, voice control and a 3" touchscreen for convenient setup and recording playback. The rotating lens and removable mount make installation and precise camera positioning easier.
Built-in Wi-Fi 6 in the 5.8 GHz band enables fast video transfer to a phone via the Redtiger Cam app. Loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest recordings when the storage is full, while the Collision Lock function protects important files when an impact is detected. The camera supports cards up to 512 GB; a 128 GB card is included. Parking monitoring and time-lapse recording are available after connecting the optionally sold hardwire kit.
